ALIGI ON PUMPKIN CUBES
Ingredients for 4 people:
1:3 2:1 anchovies
slice of pumpkin
3: basil
4: a thread of olive oil
5: salt
6: pepper
7: a sprig of rosemary
preparation:
cut the pumpkin into cubes and let them blanch.
Then wrap the fillets of anchovies and infilzateli with a skewer, cook in a pan with a little olive oil, basil and rosemary.

STARTER WITH SEAFOOD:
ingredients and amounts for 4 people:
1:1 kg of seafood (including mussels and clams)
2:1 glass of oil 'olive
3:2 cloves garlic
4:2 tablespoons chopped parsley
preparation:
washed thoroughly under running water all the seafood that you have,
(I I recommend you make sure the product you are using is fresh, if not use frozen products).
Put oil in a pan and the garlic as soon as it begins to brown add the seafood and cook over high heat in a covered container when the shellfish are wide open sprinkle of chopped parsley, remove from heat and Serve hot.

SALMON BITES.
Ingredients for 4:
1: cucumbers
2:100 gr of smoked salmon
3:80 gr mayonnaise
4:1 / 2 mustard
5: salt
6: pepper
7: parsley
Preparation: Peel the cucumbers
, cut them in half lengthwise, scoop out the inside to remove seeds, then add salt and leave them upside down for 30 minutes to lose a little water. In
fattempo blend the salmon and mix it with mayonnaise, mustard and a pinch of pepper, the mixture thus obtained will be put in the fridge to rest for 20 minutes.
Fill the cucumbers with cream and salmon, then cut into pieces by 3 cm, arrange in a serving dish and decorate with parsley.
